BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read it all. If there is anything that you do not understand, please contact us.

These terms apply to orders placed by individual retail customers only. We have separate terms for trade sales.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click “View Cart”, make any alterations, and when you are happy click “Checkout” and you will be prompted for information that PayPal need to be able to complete the order. You can make any alterations to your shopping cart, address or delivery details up to the point that you click the final button after completing your payment details. If you find after completing your order that you have made a mistake somewhere, you should contact us immediately by telephone or email.

We accept credit and debit card payment through PayPal. This is a safe and secure way of conducting web transactions. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. You will be sent an automatic confirmation. If there is a problem with any matter, for instance with your card payment or with stock availability, we shall email you accordingly. If you fail to supply a correctly typed and valid email address, or your software rejects our emails as spam, you will obviously not be able to receive the emails that we send. If you have any problem arising from the order confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you do not wish to order online for whatever reason, you are also welcome to order by post. Just send us a list of products you require and a cheque for the full amount made payable to “Supplements For Pets Limited” together with your address details for shipment of goods. We are sorry but we cannot accept orders by phone or fax.

Prices
All of the prices shown on our website include postage and packing charges.

Shipping And Handling
Orders to anywhere on the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail.
Orders to countries outside the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail Airmail post and are based on weight and destination (Europe or Rest of World). Please email us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed by 2 pm British time are normally sent on the same day, except Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 4 pm are sent the next working day. Orders placed between 2 pm and 4 pm may or may not be sent that day. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday are normally sent on Monday.

In the case of goods being sent to countries outside the EU, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country or if there are any taxes to pay. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you with the price that you paid for the products, but you are responsible for the shipping charges.

Tax Charges
Prices contain VAT where relevant.

Guarantee
All the products on our website should reach you in perfect condition. They are very well wrapped and carefully packed by us. If they reach you in imperfect condition, or are not the correct products that you ordered, we shall gladly refund or exchange. We cannot exchange or refund if they are perfect, are as described on the website, and/or are the correct items as ordered.

We take extreme care to ensure that all goods are packed with plenty of protective packaging. Please open your parcel as soon as possible after delivery, and check the contents against your order and the receipt enclosed. Please let us know immediately if any item is missing or damaged or is the wrong item.

Refunds and Returns
If you find a problem with your product please contact us by email using the “Contact” tab on our website, as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.

If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-

• Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
• Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Goods must have an accompanying note detailing the reason for return.
• Costs incurred in posting the returning item are not refundable, except in circumstances where the item was damaged, faulty or not ordered.
• Refunds will be authorized once items have been received and inspected and that they conform to the return and refund policy. Any refund amount will only be credited back to the payment card used for the original order. Please allow 7 business days for any refund.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Data collected by this site is only ever be used to process orders and to administer and enhance the site and our service. Sales are tracked using the google conversion tracking tool.
